Abbey Murphy has accomplished something rare: winning Olympic medals of both colors before age 25. Her 2024 World Championship record for the fastest goal ever scored (11 seconds) shows her explosive speed. At Minnesota, she finished as the program's all-time leader in game-winning goals, a testament to her clutch play. Her back-to-back U18 gold medals and seamless transition to the senior team mark her as one of the few players to win gold at every level of international competition.

AwardsMurphy has won two gold medals at the IIHF Women's World Championships (2023, 2024) and an Olympic gold medal at the 2026 Milano Cortina Games, along with a silver medal at the 2022 Beijing Olympics. She also earned gold at the IIHF U18 Women's World Championships in 2019 and 2020.
