Nevada in-person swing and Kentucky Senate first count

The in-person tally in Nevada has Republicans up 10,069 votes as of 5 PM ET, and that's a 17-point swing off early voting. Washoe County flipped hard: D+5.0 during early balloting became R+13.0 in the in-person count. Across all 816,443 ballots counted, though, Democrats are ahead by 4. Kentucky's first count has Andy Barr over Booker at 67.6% on Nov 3. #Nevada
