Sam Raimi slipping Evil Dead horror into the MCU for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022) is exactly the kind of thing I want. The Scarlet Witch dragging herself through shattered reflections, limbs bent at wrong angles, is pure nightmare fuel. That direction is brilliant.
