Three people who got into the pool at a party hosted by Russian influencer Ekaterina Didenko lost consciousness and died. Guests had poured dozens of kilograms of dry ice into the water to make a fog effect, and the gas it gave off built up in the enclosed space. Carbon dioxide from that much dry ice turned the room dangerous fast.
