Tracy McGrady Vince Carter Carmelo Anthony advise Yaxel Lendeborg

by Yetundejones: Yaxel Lendeborg

Golden State Warriors rookie Yaxel Lendeborg received a direct handoff of wisdom from Tracy McGrady, Vince Carter, and Carmelo Anthony via the NBAonNBC channel. McGrady's take was specific: lean on your vets every single day, keep asking questions, and do not lose that nasty edge you're already bringing to the league. Carter focused on the long game, suggesting Lendeborg utilize his youth, continue playing with joy, and seek answers from others whenever he needs them. Then Anthony dropped the academic advice, telling him to get ahead of the film game and truly become a student of it. This wasn't just general talk; these established players were outlining exactly how to navigate the transition into pro ball.
