Epstein and Woody Allen messages review
Normalizing proximity was the skill, per an analysis of nine years of messages: Jeffrey Epstein made being near him feel ordinary. Money, access and interesting company were the tools, and Woody Allen was worked on steadily once a 2010 first dinner was over. The favors came in different shapes. Financial advice. Dinners alongside scientists and intellectuals. Help with Allen's children. Gifts running to tens of thousands of euros, all aimed at holding the friendship together. The Bard College thread is the one to follow. Beshe, Allen's daughter, was looking to enroll, so Epstein reached out to the school's president, someone already in his contacts and at an institution he had given money to. Allen's later thanks used the phrase "getting Beshe into Bard," though the president disputed that Epstein deserved the credit for her admission. Elsewhere, $15,000 from Epstein went to the school another of Allen's daughters attended. Then the usefulness ran the other way. Among the names Epstein pulled out most often to bring new people into his circle was Allen's. The files do note Allen's own controversies, and they also state that what was reviewed holds no proof he took part in Epstein's crimes. The takeaway the analysis settles on is that making closeness feel unremarkable was the whole trick. Source: LeMondeInEnglish (YT) / Writer: Sol

was the first victory for Epstein. Despite his reputation, he lured and impressed the director. And he didn't intend to stop there. Two days after the dinner, he asked for his number. Send me Woody's contacts. He immediately invited him to another dinner. Very casual, just Jeffrey and maybe one other. Each time, during their interactions, Epstein observed him to refine the third phase of his strategy. Epstein doesn't come from the New York elite. He comes from a modest family. But he scrutinized how powerful people lived and behaved. People sometimes have a false impression from watching television that rich people are living kind of louche, wild, fascinating lives. They're not. A lot of them live really routinized lives. You know, most of the people in those moneyed circles are quite boring. Epstein understood that he might find new opportunities in this boredom. If he managed to meet the needs of powerful people, he would get value in their eyes. Those who knew him said that he had the ability to identify the needs of people around him. He figured out that these people maybe wanted what he euphemistically called fun. and that they also wanted the other word that he used a lot was interesting. What he meant by fun was parties and often access to young women and girls. What he meant by interesting was kind of this exposure to thinkers and what he really did was serve as a kind of broker in between all of these worlds After the 2010 dinner to continue to pique Woody Allen interest Epstein tried two new angles of attack First, money. Jeffrey was wondering if Woody might like to get together and learn about money. I'm sure it's something they spoke about at the dinner on Thursday, December 2nd. Epstein had no degree in finance, but at the beginning of his career, he made people believe the opposite. He experienced a meteoric professional rise and managed the fortune of Les Wexner, the founder of Victoria's Secret. Gradually he built his own fortune, and he built a reputation as an expert, which he regularly boasted about in his messages. I do the most sophisticated estate and financial planning for the world's wealthiest. But with Woody Allen, that was not enough. So he developed a second line of attack. Intellectualism. I'm in a privileged position to have some of the world's smartest people come to my house and tell me what they think about different subjects. Over time, Epstein developed numerous relationships with intellectuals. It was this network that he used to strengthen his relationship with Woody Allen, because he understood that the director was keen on new acquaintances. March 2012. Did we invite Woody for coffee on Sunday? You can tell him there are some really smart scientists coming at one. May 2012. Brian Greene's colleagues will be in New York. Would be good days if you want to talk science. Woody Allen's response. If you ever have Brian or an equally knowledgeable quantum physicist to dinner, we'd love to come and find out once and for all how the universe got started and just how long in the future it safe for me to make plans Another document shows that this strategy worked In 2016 Woody Allen sent a letter on Epstein birthday My wife Sun Ye and I have been invited for dinner many times Always except, always interesting. Wide variety of interesting people at every dinner just about. Politicians, scientists, teachers. This letter shows that Epstein's approach worked. That had had been his goal from the beginning, to strengthen his relationship with the director. But what would definitively summon their relationship was something else. He did him a favor. Epstein learned that Bache Allen, the couple's eldest daughter, wanted to get into Bard College, the prestigious liberal arts school. Epstein just happened to know the headmaster of the school quite well, Leon Botstein. He had already brought him into his island and donated tens of thousands of dollars to his institution. Leon, the daughter of Sun Yi and Woody Allen, would like you to consider Bard for a college. Could you be so kind as to coordinate a trip with Sun Yi? Epstein wrote directly to Allen's daughter, bombarding her with suggestions about her career path. What would be your ideal job? Travelling? Building homes for the poor? Fashion? Did you fill out the application? Money-san? I pay if you prefer. Beshay Allen did get into Bard. The principal had since denied that it was thanks to Epstein. But for Epstein, what mattered was that her parents believed that it was thanks to him. I can't thank you enough for getting Beshay into Bard. Thank you for coming through for us. That was for Beshay Allen. But the couple had a second daughter Manzi Epstein did not hesitate to get involved He donated to her school As Woody said that way they will definitely graduate Manzi Thank you. A very generous gift. Epstein gave presents to many other people. In his messages, we see that he regularly offered stays on his island, his private jet, or luxury goods. Woody Allen was no exception. Le Monde can estimate that during their nine-year relationship, Allen received at least the equivalent of several tens of thousands of euros, and even a bathrobe. Always wanted that exact robe. As life plays cruel tricks, it itches. I am therefore sending it to be returned. Doubtless a minion of yours can either get some euros back, or at worst, store credit. I would be happy with ether as my present, as I can always put the euros to good use. For Epstein, these were not selfless acts. The deeper we investigated, the more we understood his relationship with Woody Allen. That same evening of 2010, at 11.14pm, while Woody Allen was probably still at the table, Epstein responded to an email asking for news. Busy, tonight having Woody Allen for dinner at the house. This was the first time he mentioned his name, but it was only the beginning. Over the years, like Andrew before him, Alan became an essential tool for drawing other people into Epstein's web. From 2010 onwards, it was one of the names he used most often to meet other people. But Alan also had a controversial reputation in the United States. He is accused of sexual assault, which he has always denied, and he married his stepdaughter, who's 35 years younger than him.
