El Paso KKK robes Halloween party

Word out of El Paso is that a group described as teenagers hit a Halloween party in full Ku Klux Klan robes, then walked a neighborhood street while allegedly shouting racial slurs. Rep. Veronica Escobar's response to it was "deeply disturbing and" and the item is still marked developing. That's the reported shape of it, nothing more nailed down yet.
