Cleveland East Side shooting Instagram Live claim

by Lucid Arthur: News

Police haven't named anyone for the two men shot dead on Cleveland's East Side, and they haven't tied the killing to an Instagram Live either. That hasn't stopped locals from pointing at a man they say did it 'on live.' So you've got an accusation making the rounds and an official record that says nothing yet. Nobody wants to talk about how fast a stream turns into a verdict.
