ADNOC has about $16 billion of manufacturing work waiting for whoever's ready to build in the UAE by 2030. New projects keep needing equipment, advanced tech and specialized products, and those can be made locally instead of shipped in. Manufacturers who see what's coming can plan, invest and expand. It runs through the in-country value program, and new opportunities get announced October 25th at the Make It With ADNOC forum. Gulf procurement wasn't on my Sunday reading list, but here we are. Europe isn't catching up, is it.
