Hi all, TV9's Libby Randall here. I'm in downtown Cedar Rapids. Very large fire as it appears to be. This is the Quaker Oats building as you may be able to see. Large police presence, large presence of first responders as you can imagine. That's a big cloud of black smoke coming up in the air and I can smell it all the way from where I am standing. So we I've asked a few people. I don't know yet what the cause of this might be, but I'm giving you more of a close up of the police officers that have showed up. There's some more over there. There's another first responder showing up on the scene. We will continue to keep you updated as we know more.
