Authorities in Colombia are treating the San Pedro toll bombing as terrorism, though nobody has claimed it yet. The car bomb went off early in the morning, reportedly injuring three workers and wrecking the toll infrastructure. Two men got out of the vehicle and took off on a motorcycle.
