Gabriela Rodríguez Tezoco Pendulum carnival death

by Not A Charm: Mexico

Gabriela Rodríguez Tezoco was 18 when she came loose from her harness on The Pendulum at full speed and died at a carnival in Mexico. The fairgrounds got shut down right away by local officials, and an audit of every private contractor on site was ordered on an emergency basis.
