LeBron James post-game interview Sixers Knicks
LeBron James spoke to reporters in the locker room after the Sixers' opening night victory against the defending champion Knicks, noting that improvement won't happen instantly. He emphasized that while it's just one game, both the positive and negative aspects of the performance offer valuable lessons. The fourth quarter saw solid execution with effective pressing when holding a lead, followed by timely shots once the opposing team cut into the advantage. Tyrese delivered his usual standout effort, while Joel hit a three from the right wing and KCP drained a shot near the bench as the clock wound down. Special plays came from JB and BJ, and Ant deserves credit for the significant minutes he contributed. #LeBronJames

I mean, it's still gonna take some time. I mean, it's just, it's one game, but obviously we can learn from the good things that we did, we can learn from the bad things that we did tonight. So I thought in the fourth quarter, we did a good job of executing, we did a good job of pressing the team when we got, when we got the lead. And then when they cut the lead, we made some timely shots. I think obviously Tyrese was Tyrese. You look at the three on the right wing from Joel, you look at the three from KCP right by their bench at the end of the clock. You know, and some of the plays that JB and BJ had too was special too. And a big shout out to Ant too. Those minutes he gave us all eventually.
