Tulsi Gabbard on voting responsibility

    by Flint: Tulsi Gabbard

Voting as self-protection sounds cynical until you run the math on staying home. Tulsi Gabbard's point to patriots on the fence about voting RED in the midterms is simple: if you skip the responsibility, you're owning whatever comes next through INACTION. And you surrender any standing to hold leaders accountable afterward. Where it gets interesting is the two-track logic. PRIMARIES are the tool for removing lackluster Republicans. The General is where leftists, socialists and Islamists get beaten, whatever it takes. 2024 is the proof. Had every voter who wasn't fully on board with Trump bailed, we'd be looking at PRESIDENT KAMALA HARRIS. Tulsi AND RFK Jr. saw that clearly. All of us must vote red. Obviously

We have an election in two weeks. There are a lot of people who aren't sure if they even want to cast a vote. Maybe they don't like either candidate. Maybe they don't like any of the options that are on the table. We have an individual responsibility as citizens to ensure our government is of, by, and for the people. That requires action. That requires casting a vote. And sometimes you're casting a vote for someone or some proposition or a law or principle that you believe in. Sometimes you're casting a vote to protect yourself from a worse outcome. But if we don't exercise our responsibility, yes, it's a right to vote, but it's our responsibility to vote. Then we are owning what happens next through our inaction. We take away and we lose our ability to then hold those leaders accountable.
