The problem was the feature list, which had no end. I could have kept building for months and never shown it to anyone, so I picked a date. After the launch, it was all hustle to get new customers. I emailed every user from every product I'd built during the year. I got active on Twitter and LinkedIn and became a reply guy, jumping into every conversation about AI agents. I even started running some meta ads. Nothing fancy. All these techniques got me my first 100 paying customers.
