Van Helsing 2004 gothic blockbuster
by Capucine · old hollywood: Alan Silvestri
Alan Silvestri's score is the real star of VAN HELSING, and I'll hear no argument. The 2004 Universal Monsters crossover hands Hugh Jackman a repeating crossbow and leans hard into gloriously gothic blockbuster spectacle, which is why a 24% Rotten Tomatoes score never bothered me.
