Boots Ennis vs Fundora early KO or late trouble

    by Yamanaka: Jaron Ennis

The opening rounds are everything for Boots Ennis here. Robert Garcia says Ennis can hurt Sebastian Fundora early because the speed and power are there, and honestly that's the window. Fundora usually takes a few rounds to get going, but once he does he's a different problem. Garcia's point is Ennis has to jump on him before that rhythm sets in. If Boots starts cautious and boxes the first few rounds, the late rounds could get rough since Fundora is at his best down the stretch. So does Boots get the early knockout or does Fundora take over late?

You know, and we know, we all know it takes a few rounds for Fundora to get into that, to get into that, into what he wants. So that has to be the game plan for Boots to get a quick head start and try to, you know, get it over with. Try to take him out, really. Yes, yes, because he does have the skills. He has the power to do it. You know, Boots could easily be right in front of Fundora and counterpunch him and hurt him. I know he could, especially in the first few rounds. But if he decides to do something else and box the first few rounds, then the late rounds could be trouble for him because Fundoras, you know, he's best at the end of the fight, towards the end of the fight.
