FaZe Blaze on trader fame
by Tufail: FaZe Blaze
FaZe Blaze is pretty clear that the idea of traders turning into major celebrities isn't holding water. He basically fades the thesis, arguing instead that the Kimchi route is the main path people will end up achieving success through. When you pull off a really big trade, you immediately start doing all these cool stuff and hanging out with cool people, so the lifestyle payoff is already there without needing a camera. The real issue with accomplished traders who make a lot of money is that there's no real incentive for them to do content at all. They're already making so much money trading, and since it's such a time-consuming thing, they just don't see a reason to really make content. FaZe Blaze concludes that this lack of output inevitably stunts the theory of saying these traders are going to become really famous.

I fade the thesis. I think that the kimchi route is like the main route that people will end up achieving quite a bit of notoriety in the space where like, hey, you make a really big trade and now you're doing all these cool stuff and you're with cool people and shit. But the problem with crypto traders and especially the accomplished ones, like the ones that really make a lot of money, is there's no real incentive for them to do content. They're already making so much money trading. It's such a time consuming thing. They just don't see like a reason to really make content. I think that inevitably is what's kind of stunting that thesis of saying, hey, these traders are gonna blow up and become really famous.
