Memes & Markets hiring advice
The rule never work for free is terrible advice for anyone who can't land a job. If you wouldn't hire yourself, don't expect to be hired either. A manager staking their reputation on you needs proof you'll solve problems without supervision. People unwilling to work when no one watches lack internal motivation and are liabilities not assets.

I don't have much sympathy for you when you haven't even thought about the situation at large. Right. So like you're expecting something that, that like, if I give you this thing, you're impacting another person. Right. Like if I'm the hiring manager and I hire you, I'm staking my name on you. Like flip the reverse. Would you fucking hire you, man? No shot. You'd be like, I'm not touching this. I'm not attaching my name to this. Right. So if you can't confidently say, yes, like you would hire you. Shut up. go get better people are like oh never do work unless you're getting paid for it is the most retarded advice out there because like if you won't do something to solve your problem why do I believe you're going to solve mine once I hire you right for those people who aren't willing to work when no one's watching I know you're going to stop working the second I stop watching you're not internally motivated you are a liability not an asset if you enjoyed this be sure to hit that like button and follow to stay up to date with what's going on in the world and everything else memes and markets.
