FÉLIX TSHISEKEDI is pushing a KASAÏNISATION process inside the ARMED FORCES OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO (FARDC) that mandates TSHILUBA as the required language. Every soldier has to speak and dance in it according to the new rules. The order made its way to the MINISTER OF DEFENSE and landed on the desks of both CONGOLESE and FDLR members within the HIGH MILITARY COMMAND.
