Paul McCartney on dreaming of John Lennon

    by Freddenver: Paul McCartney

Paul McCartney admits he dreams about John Lennon quite often, explaining that when a relationship lasts as long as theirs did, it becomes so deep that people naturally revisit your dreams. He notes that he frequently has band-related dreams which he describes as crazy. One specific instance involves him being with John just talking about doing something, only to realize his Hofner Bass is covered in sticky tape. He says he spends time picking all that stuff off just to try and talk to him. Despite the weird setup, McCartney asserts he has had a lot of dreams about John and they are always good. When asked if he writes songs in his dreams, he answers affirmatively, citing an instance from yesterday.
