Richard Heart arrested in Istanbul
The Interpol paperwork came from Finland, and the detention happened in Istanbul. Richard Heart, the founder of HEX, was reportedly taken into custody alongside his wife under a Finnish Interpol Red Notice, with tax fraud and assault as the alleged grounds. Officers also walked away with a haul worth listing: gold, guns, electronics, designer timepieces, and about $600,000 in cash. That sits alongside a prior SEC case involving more than $1 billion in what the agency called unregistered crypto offerings. Through all of it, the audience he built by livestreaming his trades in real time has stayed unusually loyal, which is its own kind of story. M&M News

The Hex founder was arrested in Istanbul, Richard Hart. As we mentioned a little bit earlier, he was arrested in Istanbul with his wife. He was detained under Finnish Interpol Red Notice for tax fraud and assault. Police seized $600,000 in cash, luxury watches, gold firearms, and electronics. He previously faced SEC charges, over a billion dollars in unregistered crypto offerings. Yeah, that was dominating the crypto Twitter timeline yesterday. And yeah, he's a very polarizing figure within the crypto space. He always wore that like super big hex diamond chain type thing. And your friend Sami, he's like a big, like he's a big bull within the Pulse Chain ecosystem, whatever. So I'd love to have him on to talk about all of this because some of them think that this could have been some coordinated thing to capture mind share and things of that nature. He has an insane cult following. Yeah. Like I have, and I don't understand it. Like, I don't know what he did. He used to stream. Okay. So I think he was one of the first people to like do this kind of deal, right? Where he was interacting with people in the community and when something is so different, right? Like that wasn't really a common practice thing at the time when he was doing it as much. So, and he was explaining what he was doing to try to grow the projects that he was growing and they were growing, right? So that does a lot to solidify it in people's minds. Like this guy's a genius. right when you see someone execute in real time and it then it works right like you have it in your own life where you'll do something really good and then when you people see that it worked they're like oh i should i should actually listen now right like we have that with our our internal team all the time right where like you say something or i say something and i like i know in their head they thinking this is dumb and then they go do it and it works And then they like oh shit Right So he had that at scale Word word That fascinating Cause like it's very cultish and I'm like, whoa, what on earth is going on here? Yeah. I want to have your friend Samyam to ask how he got into that. And like, because he still has a lot of conviction. It's funny. Right. It's not funny. It's just like, that's a testament to how strong these things can be, right? Yeah, yeah, you know. Hopefully he figures his stuff out, but I mean, he's definitely had no, he's had plenty of troubles with the law. That's all I got to say. So I'm not surprised that getting caught up. Brian Mario said, your crypto is perfectly safe right up until someone points a gun at your face. Yes. unfortunately there's something but he says Sharptice can we play the clip do you have a clip of Heart oh um I don't know let's see if we can find a clip oh okay yeah it's in the okay cool let me pull it up real quick let's see what's going on ah but he's got music though but here's his stuff getting confiscated watches dang chains bracelets where are the Pokemon cards man haha Also, shout out to the Turkey forces.
