AI landing page design debate

Design is officially solved. There is no reason to hire a designer for a landing page anymore. A year ago, a good website meant a designer, a developer, three rounds of feedback and a $10,000 invoice. Today it's one prompt and ten minutes. The result looks better than what most agencies shipped in 2024. AI doesn't make "okay" websites anymore. It makes great ones. Motion, typography, layout, art direction, all in one go. So what are you actually paying a designer for? Mockups? Generated. Revisions? Instant. Taste? Copy it from the best sites on the internet. Most "design work" was never design. It was production. Pushing pixels. And production is gone. The few designers who survive this won't be the ones with the best Figma skills. They'll be the ones who can think: who know the business, the customer, and what's worth building in the first place. Everyone else is competing with a prompt. And the prompt is winning. It's over. Agree or disagree?
