Michael Desronvil on Lindsay Clancy jury
by Jolyon: Lindsay Clancy
38 Hours of deliberations, and Michael Desronvil was the holdout. The other eleven jurors in Lindsay Clancy's trial were ready to acquit her by reason of insanity. Desronvil wouldn't go along with that. He says he never had any reasonable doubt about where he stood, and that he had evidence to support it. The twist is that he's keeping some of that evidence from the rest of the jury. What does he know that those eleven didn't? That's what I want to hear more about from his Fox News Channel interview.

Did you have reasonable doubt? No. Your attorney said you had a mountain of evidence. What was your evidence? Well, definitely I had a lot of evidence to back up my claim. But because out of respect of the other jurors in the court system, I will put that to sleep for now until, you know, they go through the process of the court system. I imagine that had to be tense at moments. You're in a jury room. There are 11 people who say Lindsay Clancy is not guilty by reason of insanity. You're taking a different position. Were there moments that were tense? Yeah, there were moments that were tense. There were moments that were tense as we were deliberating.
