Only God Forgives karaoke cop scene

by Capucine · old hollywood: Nicolas Winding Refn

Nicolas Winding Refn builds Bangkok into a blood-red underworld in ONLY GOD FORGIVES (2013), and every act of violence lands like ritual rather than spectacle. Ryan Gosling is in it, barely speaking. Then there is the police officer who sings karaoke, a character who plays like the last boss you would meet inside a fever dream.
