Cristela Georgescu speaks after 8 hours of questioning
Eight hours in a prosecutor's office, and Cristela Georgescu walked out with a message: she says the case against her husband Călin Georgescu was orchestrated from the start, part of what she describes as a coordinated plot by Romanian authorities. Her ask to Romanians and to supporters abroad is simple. Don't abandon him. She says the two of them will come out on top in the end. She also thanked the people who have been pushing this story internationally, and accused media outlets of hiding what she believes is really going on. De ieri situația nu s-a schimbat. Avem de-a face cu aceeași uneltire îndelung planificată și cu vicleșug realizată împotriva unui om care este tratat ca fiind vinovat înainte să fie judecat doar pentru că și-a dorit pacea și a vorbit despre credință.
