Uni-Tile & Marble and its CEO Xin Mian Pan are looking at a Trump DOJ lawsuit over customs fraud, and the number on it is more than $280 million. The accusation: Chinese tiles, cabinets and quartz moved through shells companies to get around tariffs. 503 shipments across five years, per the filing. Break that figure down and it's $67.9 million in unpaid duties plus $222.5 million in fraud penalties. Pan also faces criminal charges. Wire fraud, smuggling, international money laundering.
