Alibaba Cloud x Sui Agent Payments
Agents are getting really good at doing work for you but they often fall into problems where they cannot pay for the tools or access the tools that are necessary for that work to be done. So today we're announcing Sui Agentic Payments as a fix for that gap. The new feature lets you set spend limits and rules around an engagement while agents do the rest of the heavy lifting. This partnership with Alibaba Cloud brings the capability to handle those payments directly within the Sui ecosystem. It basically solves the issue of agents being unable to pay for tools or access necessary resources. Sui Agentic Payments allow you to define the boundaries so the execution can happen without hitting a wall.
