Eryn Bonner Tempe Police Incident
Arizona State University cheerleader Eryn Bonner was shoved by a Tempe police officer during an encounter over another person’s arrest in July before being tackled to the ground. Video shows Bonner making contact with the officer as she stepped toward the arrest. Police say she repeatedly ignored commands to step back before being pushed. Bonner was left bruised and has since been charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with police. She has pleaded not guilty.
