The first time I met Chris Abbott, he was punching me in the face repeatedly, but he couldn't be nicer about it. The boxing coach that I had happened to be the same coach that Chris had. When I told him that, he had no recollection. And then we did this scene. She's a whore! I wouldn't trust her with a bit piece, that bitch! You keep your filthy mouth shut about my wife! So this scene is right after Adam and Kathy get married and we launch into a fight between the two brothers. Get your life out, Charles! You need to get rid of her and throw her out now. Chris is genuinely an actor that I've been watching specifically on stage for years. And he's always very present. There's nothing that ever feels forced when it comes from Chris. He's really great to just kind of bounce off of and just listen and do the thing with. And it just goes back to how incredibly spoiled I felt working with this incredible cast.
