    I think you can always get out. Unfortunately, a lot of people won't change them until something bad happens. Yeah, until they hit rock bottom. But you get to define what rock bottom is, right? Because that's set by your standards. So like you don't have to fall all the way down if you decide that you're someone who could never fall that far.
