Miami vs Toronto dating dynamics

    by Gigliola: Miami

Social media exaggerates how often rejection and bad intentions happen for both men and women. That distorted lens stops so many people from ever starting a conversation. Real polite interactions aren't nearly as hostile as the feed suggests, yet the platform makes them feel dangerous. Miami is the extreme version of this while Toronto is just the watered down copy. Trying to approach someone respectfully in those environments actually made me a worse person. It was a negative outcome that forced me to adapt in ways I didn't want.

A lot of dudes will never go talk to a woman now. So their only lens of what a woman is, is these like exaggerated versions they see on social media, right? It goes on both sides, right? Like women all think that all of us men are gonna like use them, potentially hurt them, right? Like all these things. And of course those things do happen, but the phone makes it seem like they're way more statistically happening than they are, like way higher rates. Do you get what I'm saying? And then the same is true the other way where like if you were to go talk politely to a woman especially without an agenda like most of them are not going to be mean or like roast you you know what i mean but the social media makes it feel like it would yeah yeah um man in miami bro well miami is is like the crazy like the pinnacle of this crap right and i'd say toronto where i'm at is like a watered down version we of a lot of the things that people would describe as Miami, but not like you guys. Yeah, I'm so glad I got out of there, dude. Because you start to change. You have to adapt. And I started to become a worse person because of that. Literally, it was a negative producing outcome for me to respectfully approach someone. You know what I'm saying? Like, it's crazy, bro. It's crazy. We talk about how the internet is messing with all of us all the time. So if you're into that kind of thing, definitely hit follow.
