Where were Portugal before Cristiano Ronaldo? What had they ever done? What had they ever even qualified for tournaments and stuff like that, let alone winning them? They got to a semi-final with Eusebio in 1966. What kind of gets on my nerves a little bit is a lot of people judging based on these last three or four years, where he's still putting up staggering numbers for a person of his age, no matter what league you're playing, he's still putting up staggering numbers. I really think a lot of people need to just go back and look at the... Go to Juventus alone, even, and what he was doing there. Go to Real Madrid, his time there, and then go to when he was at Manchester United. It's like three different careers in one. Three world-class careers in one.
