Created a, you know, a city and they spawned a city and I just wanted to start around a body of water. At the time I had no idea, you know, how big the city might get or whatever, but I kind of wanted densely populated buildings and so forth. And so I started small and of course over the course of 12 years, man, you develop neighborhoods and communities and so forth. We'll get into some of that. But this is kind of where it all started around this body of water and I thought it was appropriate to kind of just give you that perspective of where I wanted to get started from. And this building that I'm locked in on right here, the very first building that I did. And so I'll start there. Open floor plan, living area. Most floors had multiple apartments, but this one only had one. It's the penthouse. And so the elevated stairwell opened right up into the place and then on the upper level we talked about the recreation room the media center and the outdoor entertainment area that's my favorite rooftop spot in town i would work areas around bodies of water and then over time the areas grew together here's an interesting spot, I was always inspired. Like I'd go places and I'd see things in buildings and I'd get inspired and I'd go home and I'd work on it. And this is when I like dropped you off at college. The View.
