Housing market is in a weird spot. We've talked about it before. A lot of these Graham Stephan and these YouTubers finance crowd has spoken about it extensively. But again, plus 14% in a year. Miami is basically flat. LA is flat. SF is up only. So if you own real estate in SF, you are going to sell it. And it is going to be bought by somebody that works for Dario Amadei at Anthropic. you're going to gladly accept the significant markup you have received by happening to live in San Francisco. And you're going to move to New York city because it's just superior living experience in every way. And you will do it with a smile on your face. You will thank them and you will use their artificial intelligence, excuse me, super intelligence products to help contribute to their ARR. So if you live in SF, congratulations.
