Anthropic governance structure Ben Bernanke
Wall Street is pulling in the capital while the Technological Industrial Complex keeps control, but Anthropic warns this structure might clash with shareholder interests. Simon Dixon's analysis of the filing shows the Founder LLC holds a Class F share with 50% voting power on key decisions. Four directors come from the long-term benefit trust, including Ben Bernanke, the former Fed chair during the 2008 crash. The company operates as a public benefit corporation, yet one trustee being the man who ran the central bank through that crisis feels like a weird slot to fill. #Anthropic
