Ordered former death row inmate Douglas Stewart Carter released from jail tonight after decades behind bars. It came after a dramatic hearing in a Provo court today. Fox 13 News reporter Ben Winslow has the latest. After decades on death row, Douglas Stewart Carter may finally be a free man.
