Spanish authorities supposedly never got around to telling migrants that sexual assault is illegal, or that attacking gay people can land you in prison. That's the argument from an undocumented Moroccan man in Spain, who also thinks women bear responsibility when migrants rape them, because of how they behave. His solution: a woman belongs at home, handling the house, being respectful, and skipping short skirts. "Most people simply have no idea about this at all.
