Fish schooling in murky water

They say specific people built Europe and America, so when will they finally build Africa? The claim says there is no time for that because those same people are currently migrating to the West in large numbers. Then comes the bit about South Africa: white people supposedly gave it to them freely and in perfect order. Yet the argument insists it took only a couple of years for them to turn it into a stinking dump. That contrast between building continents and destroying a gift feels like a massive double standard tbh.
