Henrik Zeberg AMERICAN COWBOY CLUB Bitcoin warning

    by Gigliola: Bitcoin

If everyone occupies the same position, it is likely incorrect. Henrik Zeberg applies this lesson from his grandfather to a market situation resembling the 2007 crash that was largely unforeseen back then. He believes a comparable downturn is happening now with a recession few anticipate. The advice for everyday investors involves withdrawing some assets while conditions still look favorable and moving funds into dollars and treasuries. Treasury yields are at a sentiment low point and expected to fall as the economy deteriorates by around 2% to 5%. Zeberg clarifies he does not wish for Bitcoin or related assets to decline and acknowledges profits made by others. Market euphoria where everyone participates is identified as a dangerous signal requiring caution.

Let me just say also everybody, I mean, I don't wish for Bitcoin anything to go down. I mean, I'd be happy to see it. I'm happy for people that have made money on it. I'm just joyful that you can see that. But just take care. That's not just more talk when it's going to be the real thing. And then let's take care also into this recession, which nobody sees. I mean, nobody sees it's coming, just like 2007. How would you be preparing for that if you're the everyday investor? I would take some chips off the table in a not too distant future. And park them in dollars? Yeah, I would be. I mean, and also in treasuries. I mean, the treasuries now is at the low point sentiment-wise, you know, and I think we're getting closer and closer to that point and the yield is going to come down into an economy that is deteriorating. So it's just a matter of time. You know, drop down another 2%, 3%, 5%, I don't know, around that level maybe. But it's definitely a better place than to be. And if you find yourself in a part of the euphoria at any point, you need to be very careful because when everybody sees it, then there's something wrong, right? Totally. That's why. So think. I mean, my granddad always said to me, think, he said, think, come on. And if everybody's standing there, you know, probably that's not the right place to stand.
