Asmongold is pushing for a return to arranged marriages because he thinks men waste too much time obsessing over dating instead of learning actual trades. He argues that guys should be focused on developing skills like woodworking, circuit board design, building houses, or plumbing rather than pursuing romantic relationships. The core of his argument rests on the idea that sexual marketplace value drops massively after age 25 for women, leaving them on the back foot once their peak appeal ends. When men have fun with girls at that peak and then discard them if they are traumatized or negatively affected, it creates toxic behavior that hurts everyone in society. To prevent this, he suggests couples should lock in commitments at ages 22 or 23, have children together, and stay married permanently without an escape clause. This stance includes strong opposition to using Plan B or abortion as a way out of these situations, framing modern dating patterns as fundamentally broken for both genders.
