There's no way that that young man of color should be seven and a half years sitting in jail, waiting for his time to prove his innocence. If you come to my office, everything's piled, everything's organized as we get ready for that final TK. A total injustice down in Florida, a kid that's been in solitary confinement for three and a half years. He's been in since he's 19. But again, another case that lets us know that it may be 2026, but we got a long ways to go in fairness in this system because there's no way that this young man of color should be looking at the death penalty.
