Calling out Western governments, Putin claims they're feeding Ukraine into the fight as expendable bodies just to drain Russia's strength. The same governments then alarm their own citizens by saying Moscow is preparing to strike them. Putin's response to any suggestion of a broader Russian war? Complete nonsense.

The fact that they've been escalating the situation and been so aggressive, they want to keep using Ukraine as cannon fodder, and they want to use Ukraine as a tool of fighting against Russia in order to constrain us in our development, to stop Russia in its truck in terms of its development. But in order to keep investing their funds in these aggressive moves, and in order to explain to other people why they're doing this, they're trying to mislead their own people by spreading statements that Russia intends to attack someone. This is complete nonsense.
