Costa Del Sol kill room rescue
by Jolyon: New York Post
The call that saved two lives near Costa Del Sol started with a girlfriend's simple rule: go in, and if you don't check back in ten minutes, phone the police. He didn't, so she did, and officers arrived at a Spanish residence around the time a bloodied man came out shouting "they're going to kill me," with armed figures in black reportedly seen going over a garden wall. A second man was discovered inside, tied to a chair and bleeding from the mouth. What was in the room: a silenced pistol, pliers, a hammer, duct tape. Eight people are detained, alleged to belong to a Serbian trafficking gang, accused of punishing the men for not finishing a job. Take away that ten-minute timer and this is a double homicide report instead of a rescue. Costa Del Sol sells itself on beaches and sangria, and there's a kill room a few miles from the sand.
