Felix Tshisekedi Plan B against Paul Kagame
Disappointment is what pushed Felix TSHISEKEDI here. His security services had told him Goma would be retaken fast, and when that promise fell apart, Plan B kicked in, and Plan B is aimed straight at Paul Kagame. That is why an attack on Rwanda is being launched out of Burundi. Tanzania and Burundi carry the job of switching on a military operation that begins at Luvungi, with two helicopters parked there to feed war drones to the attacking troops by way of Rurambo. Over in Bujumbura, a planning session would place the FDLR at the very front. And even after the campaign that swore Goma was returning, he still wants to fire directly on Kigali. Per the source, the real war has barely started.
