For a while I was actually quite scared to fall in love because as an artist I was worried that I wouldn't be able to access the kind of deep, melancholic, kind of sad feelings that were so good to access in music if I fell in love and allowed myself happiness. but after three years, four years now of being in a beautiful relationship I've realized that there's many, many ups and downs and you can still access those things and I actually think I've kind of accessed those things deeper than I ever have before.
