Welcome to the gym. Tell me what you're thinking. Just so much. Kleenexes, please. I always wanted to be a part of powerlifting. I learned so much. I read so much. I watched so many Westside Barbell podcasts. I watched Westside vs. the World. My grandfather lived in Columbus, Ohio. Trained with Lewis Simmons himself. I read all his manuals. I learned about the Dynamo Club. Now I'm finally part of a gym that's primarily powerlifters. It's beautiful.
