Dirk trial VICAR explanation

    by Manon Culture: Pop Trends

Everybody talking about the Dirk trial doesn't understand this very simple sentence. The Vicar charge is the Los Angeles murder. There is no Chicago murder that he is charged with. Vicar stands for Violent crime in aid of a racketeering enterprise. What is the violent crime? It's the murder of Lil Pab. He was acquitted of joining any conspiracy to stalk that man and acquitted of paying to murder that man. Nobody gets this. People are saying there's a Chicago murder. The Chicago murder is the enterprise they're saying Dirk Banks directed, aided, and abetted or was criminally responsible for the killing of Lopab as part of an enterprise. They sell drugs and do other murders. But at the end of the day if he's not criminally responsible for the Los Angeles murder then he's not guilty on the Vicar. The double jeopardy motion argues you can't charge me with being criminally responsible for the LA murder when the jury already acquitted me on the conspiracy to stalk and the conspiracy for murder for hire. If you can't respect that your whole perspective is whack and you need to fade to black. You need to stop talking about the Vicar. You don't get it. Can the government put in a superseding indictment with the Chicago murder? It'll be the fifth superseding indictment. You can go ahead and post when that happens. Until then zip it.
