Ten rail lines, ranked by how fast they actually go. Railway Technology and Statista pulled the numbers together, and the top of the table belongs to Shanghai Maglev at 460 km/h, a clear jump ahead of everything else. Below that it bunches up. CR Harmony, CR Fuxing and DB Intercity-Express 3 all sit at 350 km/h. Then SNCF TGV, JR Shinkansen and ONCF Al Boraq land together at 320 km/h. The tail end: Renfe AVE 103 at 310 km/h, Korail KTX-Sancheon at 305 km/h, and Trenitalia Frecciarossa 1000 closing it out at 300 km/h.
