A solo dev pushed out VoiceStudio, a local install of the ElevenLabs setup, and GitHub has already handed it close to 20K stars Drop in one clean voice sample and it picks up that voice. 646 languages for video dubbing, and it also covers audiobooks, dictation, and text recognition 14 engines inside. ElevenLabs lists 32 languages by comparison.
